Great stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and had modern decor. Beds were comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Staff were very helpful—Nuno assisted us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to the metro and next to a major food market. We loved it.

Yes, it was everything we had hoped for. Well located and appointed. Close to everything. The best part was the helpful YOUROPO staff. RITA was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Her assistance made our visit so much more enjoyable. Her colleague, LUZ, was also very detailed and wonderful to work with. Thank you! I was absolutely delighted with this hotel. The service I received was the best of the six hotels I stayed in during this trip. Bruno, the head of reception, went out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction. On my birthday, I was spoiled from morning till night. At breakfast, they sang "Happy Birthday" to me with a cupcake and two glasses of champagne. In the afternoon, they offered us a glass of vino de Oporto, and when I arrived in the room that afternoon, there was a greeting card with a bottle of champagne and a mini cake—delicious! Also, the entire hotel is sparkling clean, smells wonderful from the moment you walk in, and they have not only flavored waters but also snacks you can have 24 hours at the lobby. The rooms are super clean and smell lovely. We were surprised that the included breakfast was à la carte; everything was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. I recommend it to anyone visiting Porto, and I will definitely return. Bruno, along with all the staff, made us feel very like never before in a hotel. Thank you!

Apartment was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the location couldn’t have been better. Emily at the front desk was helpful at check in. Shevhelped us secure a last minute great table at a really good restaurant, on a Sunday, when many restaurants are closed.
